We have a 30-day return and replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement if your product qualifies under our strict conditions.
Damages, Issues, and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours at support@yesve.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if we sent you the incorrect product, size, or color by mistake. To qualify for a refund or a free replacement, you must provide clear photos or videos showing the defect, the item, and the original shipping label on the package. If the mistake is verified, Yesve will cover all costs and ship a brand-new replacement item completely free of charge.
Exceptions and Non-Refundable Situations
Please note that we do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements in the following situations, as they are beyond our company's control
* Customer Errors: If you entered an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address during checkout.
* Stolen Packages: If the tracking information states that the package was "Delivered" to your address, but it was stolen or misplaced from your doorstep/mailbox.
* Late Reports: If you report a damaged or broken item after the strict 48-hour inspection window has passed.
Order Cancellations
You can request to cancel your order within 12 to 24 hours after placing it. Once the order has been processed and shipped out from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled or recalled under any circumstances. If you change your mind after shipment, you will have to wait for the package to arrive and follow our standard return process (if eligible).
Strict No Returns for Customer Mistakes or Change of Mind
We only accept returns, refunds, or replacements for errors verified by our company. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if you changed your mind, no longer want the item, or if you accidentally selected and ordered the wrong size, color, or variant yourself. It is the customer's responsibility to review their order details carefully before purchasing.
How to Start a Return
If your item is damaged or incorrect based on the conditions above, please contact us at support@yesve.com to start your request. If your claim is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve evaluated your claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@yesve.com
